Class of 2015 Hoodie Available for Order This Deer
Creek, Class of 2015 design is available in a 1) black hoodie; 2) black, long-sleeve t-shirt; and 3) black, short-sleeve
t-shirt. The hoodie is a Gildan, 50/50 blend, 7.7 oz. The first graphic below shows the placement of the graphic on the shirt.
The second photo is a zoom of the actual graphic. To order, print the order form below, make your size and style
selection and send it along with a check made payable to PSG 2015, to the DCMS office. The estimated arrival of the shirts
is around Dec. 15th. Order Deadline Nov. 25, 2008.

Crystal Jewelry As you may have heard, we offer custom designed Deer Creek jewelry with blue

$25 Annual Donation
PSG
2015 is asking for a single $25 donation per student per year. If the majority of our families donates this amount each
year, we will have raised nearly 75 percent of the funds needed for our major class events. If we do not collect annual donations
from the majority of families, we will have to sell more items to reach our goal, or risk not having the funds to pay for
several events for our the graduating Class of 2015.

below and send your check made payable to PSG 2015 to the DCMS office; just mark your envelope "PSG
2015." You can verify that we received your donation by checking the Donations page. We update the information weekly.

Deer Creek Mesh Bag
We are offering these great mesh bags with 3 zippered compartments on the front and one inside. They are 18.5"
high and 13.75" wide. Plus, we have them in 3 colors, DC blue, black and pink. Please complete the below order form and
