Our Mission
The primary purpose of PSG 2015
is to help organize and help pay for major events and activities for the Class of 2015. We are also
the only organization that will design and offer Class of 2015 specific items, like t-shirts and hoodies and organize back-to-school
and end-of-the year parties, specifically for our Class of 2015 kids.
Everything
we do benefits the kids who will graduate from Deer Creek in the year 2015!
We are following a well-traveled
path, as all of the middle school and high school graduating classes have PSGs raising funds for and organizing these
same Class-specific events.
Below is a list of events that PSG 2015 is currently planning on helping
with, as well as the projected costs that our PSG predecessors have kindly shared with us.
--8th Grade Graduation & Lock-In ($1,000)
--Jr Prom and "After
Prom" Party during Jr Year ($20,000)
--Sr Class Reception during Jr Year ($2,000-$3,000)
--Sr
Graduation and Sr Breakfast/Lunch during Sr Year ($3,000 - $5,000)
We recognize that as our children
grow, the events may change and new events may take their place, but we believe we are taking the necessary first steps.
Our primary means of fundraising will be through voluntary contributions. If the majority of families from the
Class of 2015 makes a $25 contribution each school year, with some additional fundraising, we should be prepared to fund
all the above major class events.
